I bought a Barrons GRE book along with a CD which came with the book but the CD dosent seem to open on my PC?

I tried opening this CD on my friends computer and it opened with flashplayer 9. I already have installed flashplayer 10 on my PC but it dosent seem to open on with IE. Please advice me on this. Thank you.
